1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any branded boxes, dust bags, or other accessories that came with the product.
Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for final sale items, gift cards, or customized products.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@akwofashion.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number inside the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Processing Your Return: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. How to Exchange an Item
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@akwofashion.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the desired replacement item(s).
- Exchange Authorization: We will confirm the availability of the replacement item(s) and provide you with an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions on how to return the original item(s).
- Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the EA number inside the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing Your Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will send out the replacement item(s) and provide you with a new tracking number. If there is a price difference, we will either charge or refund the difference to your original payment method.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect or damage. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. International Returns and Exchanges
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the tracking information for your records. International exchanges will follow the same process as domestic exchanges, but shipping times may vary.
